The ZIPP 303 S CARBON TUBELESS-READY DISC BRAKE REAR WHEEL provides all the versatility needed while at the same time maintaining the speed that all today’s cyclists demand and desire.The wheel is only tubeless, it is mounted only on road bikes with disc brakes and can fit wide tyres at low pressures, so that you can easily tackle even dirt roads. The 303 S are among the lightest wheels in the Zipp range and are optimized to guarantee the best aerodynamic performance with a 28 mm tyre, but they can fit tyres suitable for off-road up to 50 mm in width. The external rim width is increased by 2 mm, to 27 mm, and the tyre bed is 7 mm wider (23 mm internal width). The possibility of inflating the tyre to lower pressures reduces rolling resistance for an even more comfortable ride. Riding on a flat road at a speed of 40 km/h with a 28 mm tyre allows you to save 10 watts.
