In the case of an online purchase, the sale in question is subject to Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005, which provides the buyer with the right to exercise the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

The consumer may exercise this right within 14 days of receiving the order.

The consumer therefore has the right to return the purchased item and request a refund or replacement from the seller.

PLEASE NOTE: In accordance with the request for replacement or refund, these operations will be carried out no later than 10 business days from the date of receipt of the returned goods. In accordance with the buyer's request to cancel the order, the refund will be carried out no later than 10 business days from the date of receipt of the cancellation request; In the latter case, the commitment to provide a refund within 10 business days is conditional on the seller having not yet shipped the ordered goods.

The right of withdrawal applies to purchases made on our e-shop, by email or telephone, delivered to your home, or picked up at our showroom. The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons (consumers). This right does not apply to purchases made by resellers and/or VAT holders, companies, and, in general, those purchasing for their own business.

The right of withdrawal applies to the product purchased in its entirety; therefore, it is not possible to exercise partial withdrawal on part of the purchased product (e.g., accessories). Furthermore, the product must not be used or damaged.

PLEASE NOTE: Unless otherwise communicated in writing by the seller, all costs/charges for returning products, including but not limited to shipping, taxes, and/or customs duties, are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Therefore, the Customer is required to inform themselves about local and applicable customs regulations (contacting the relevant customs authorities, if applicable) before placing an order to understand the costs they will incur in the event of a return.
The Customer is also informed that, in the event of failure to fully pay all costs due for the return (including taxes, duties, and/or customs charges): a) the relevant customs authorities may not authorize the importation of the returned products into Italy; b) in order to allow the return of the product, the seller reserves the right to directly pay any unpaid amounts, deducting the related costs from any refund that may be granted to the Customer.
Customer service is available for any clarifications or further information regarding the management of returns and refunds.

HOW TO OBTAIN A REFUND

If a REFUND has been requested, Pro-M SRL will issue a credit to you within 10 business days of the product being returned, along with a corresponding credit note.

If a VOUCHER has been requested, Pro-M SRL undertakes to issue, within 10 business days of the product being returned, a voucher for the value of the product itself, which can be used for future purchases on the website www.pro-mstore.com. Please note that vouchers/coupons cannot be combined.

If you request a REPLACEMENT for the size or color of an item, Pro-M SRL undertakes to replace the product in question within 10 business days of the product being returned (subject to availability).

For a refund or exchange, products must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, in perfect condition, and unused.

After checking the integrity of the goods, a refund will be issued, a voucher will be issued, or the product will be replaced (subject to availability) no later than 10 business days after receiving the goods. The customer is responsible only for the cost of returning the goods; we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Products are guaranteed by the manufacturers, and the duration of the warranty varies based on the type of product purchased. The effective date is the one on the invoice or receipt.

To benefit from the warranty relating to a DEFECTIVE PRODUCT (manufacturing defect), you can request a replacement, after sending documentation (photos) of the identified defect, by contacting the manufacturer's Customer Service, or by contacting our e-shop at tech@pro-m.com. Pro-M SRL undertakes to replace the product (subject to availability) within 10 working days of the return of the defective item, sending it to the address indicated by the customer.
To return the product, you must send it via courier, enclosing proof of purchase (printable from your account) in the package, to the following address:
