Ensuring efficient service is our priority: we entrust shipments to DPD (BRT for Italy), GLS, FEDEX, or DHL (including remote areas) couriers, depending on the type of shipment and the destination country.

For Italy and Europe, the cost is €4.90. Shipping is free in Italy and the European Union for orders over €49.00.

For non-EU countries, the cost is €25.00. Shipping is free in non-EU countries for orders over €89.00.

2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY METHODS

SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESS

During the checkout process, you will have the option to have your purchases shipped to an address other than your home address and to choose a different shipping and billing address.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

As soon as your package leaves our headquarters via courier, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time and find out the expected delivery date.

CURRENT DELIVERY

Please note that delivery takes place curbside; the recipient must therefore arrange for the goods to be received and transported to the destination location. We are currently unable to offer floor-level delivery or delivery by appointment. If you have specific needs, please contact us before purchasing.

If an authorized person (buyer, family member, trusted person, or concierge) is not present, the goods cannot be delivered and will be taken to the nearest courier location for storage.

PACKAGE DAMAGED ON DELIVERY

Upon delivery, the customer is required to carefully inspect the package.
In the event of visible damage to the packaging or suspicion of tampering, we recommend:

Immediately photograph the package in its entirety, highlighting any damage;

Report the anomaly to the courier and accept the delivery with specific reservations, marking "Reservation for damaged package" on the shipping document;

Inspect the contents of the package as soon as possible and, in the event of damage to the products, promptly contact Pro-M Store via email or chat, attaching photographic documentation.

Failure to indicate reservations upon delivery may make it impossible to initiate the complaint or replacement procedure with the courier.

3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the product type. Generally, orders for spare parts, clothing, and accessories are processed within 5 business days, while bicycles can take up to 10 business days.

Orders paid online (PayPal, Nexi) or with cash on delivery are generally processed more quickly.
For payments by bank transfer, shipping may take a few additional days, as the order is processed only after receiving payment confirmation.

During holiday periods (August and Christmas holidays), processing times may be subject to delays, which will always be indicated on the homepage.

Once your package has been handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking code, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment directly from the courier's website.
