Upon delivery, the Customer is required to carefully check the integrity of the package. In the event of visible damage to the packaging or suspicion of tampering, it is recommended to:
1. Immediately photograph the package in all its parts, highlighting any damage;
2. Report the anomaly to the courier and accept the delivery with specific reservations, adding the wording "Reservation of inspection for damaged package" on the transport document;
3. Check the contents of the package as soon as possible and, in the event of damage to the products, promptly contact Pro-M Store via email or chat, attaching photographic documentation.
Failure to add the reservation at the time of delivery may make it impossible to initiate the complaint or replacement procedure with the courier.
If a product can't be added to your cart, unfortunately it's unavailable. You can still request availability and, if the item is returned, you'll promptly receive an email notification.
Once you've added your items to your cart, you can enter the coupon at checkout. Discount codes cannot be combined.
You can pay by credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or cash on delivery (up to a maximum of €999.00). If you choose a bank transfer, shipping will begin once the payment has been received.
We'll keep you updated with email notifications about the status of your order (outgoing, shipped, in transit, delivered). Each email will include a tracking link.
We use GLS and DHL couriers.
Since we do not manage the shipment internally, it will be at the discretion of the individual courier.
The courier will make two more attempts, after which your package will be stored at a GLS or DHL collection point.

We will only cover the costs of returning the goods, while shipping the replacement will be our responsibility. In the event of a defective product, we will cover the costs of picking up the goods.
