SECURITY AND SSL CERTIFICATES

Online security is something that should never be underestimated. For this reason, at Pro-M Store we use the HTTPS protocol, which is designed to transfer hypertext pages on the web in order to make navigation much safer for our users.

Since January 2017, websites using HTTP have been considered “untrustworthy” because they transmit user information without protection. Therefore, major search engines favor sites using HTTPS. This acronym stands for HyperText Transfer Protocol over SSL, a variant of the HTTP protocol that uses, along with TCP/IP, the SSL layer. SSL encrypts incoming and outgoing data through an algorithm that makes it unreadable by third parties, thus protected.

The HTTPS protocol is therefore essential when browsing an e-commerce site, as it ensures transaction security and user privacy — key elements for offering reliability and transparency.

CREDIT CARD

You can make payments using your PayPal account, Postepay, major credit cards such as Visa or MasterCard, as well as prepaid cards on the Visa Electron network (Kalibra, Vodafone Cash Card, and similar).

PAYPAL

PayPal allows you to make purchases without sharing your personal or credit card details. Payments can be made via your PayPal account, Postepay, Visa or MasterCard credit cards, and prepaid cards on the Visa Electron network (Kalibra, Vodafone Cash Card, and similar).
Please note that you do not need to have a PayPal account to use this payment method.

BANK TRANSFER IN ADVANCE

The bank transfer must be made ONLY AFTER RECEIVING THE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL, as only then is it confirmed that the order has been correctly processed and that the goods are actually available. Please note that shipping will be carried out only after receipt of payment.

Any bank transfers made by the customer without having received the ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL will be refunded, net of the bank charges incurred by Pro-M SRL for processing the transfer. The time needed for the refund to be credited back to the customer’s account depends on the banking conditions of both parties (Pro-M SRL and the customer).

CASH ON DELIVERY

By choosing this payment method, you can pay for your order directly upon delivery.

This service has an additional cost of €5.00.

Cash on Delivery is available only in Italy.
