Specifically designed for use on ebikes, the new 30|HD and 31|DH E-29 wheelsets by Reserve offer the perfect balance between stiffness, performance, durability and weight. These 29-inch wheels will help you maintain momentum over the toughest obstacles.
Reserve uses externally reinforced spoke holes to strengthen the area where the rim undergoes the greatest force, around the spoke nipple. This improves strength without adding unnecessary weight.
The redesigned sidewall of the 30|HD makes tubeless installation easier, with a shape that uses offset spoke holes that allow the tire to easily get over the bead bump to seat correctly.

The Santa Cruz Megatower, with its clearance for large 29" wheels and its long-travel, durable carbon fiber frame, offers the high-speed confidence features of a race bike. However, the relatively steep seat angle and size-specific geo maintain the Megatower's pedaling capability, elevating it to the perfect choice for big gravity rides, park laps, and enduro races.
The VPP⢠suspension can be optimized to find a balance between pedaling efficiency and the ability to handle bumps. The Megatower is exceptional at absorbing the hardest hits, so the rider can push harder, with greater confidence, even on the roughest terrain. But thanks to pedaling efficiency, climbing to the best and highest trails is not as much of a slog as with other bikes.

Robust carbon frame
Santa Cruz frames are not disposable products. With regular maintenance of the bearings, they easily last a rider's entire lifetime. Carbon is not synonymous with lightness, but with durability, which is reinforced by the warranty and the crash replacement policy.
VPP suspension travel
165 mm of VPP⢠travel as standard, but if you choose to switch to a rear shock with longer stroke (65 mm) you can reach 170 mm.
Anti-squat
The low leverage ratio of the Megatower offers a feeling of greater damping and control at speed. The lower anti-squat reduces pedal-induced harshness and provides excellent absorption of square-edge bumps, offering greater leeway when taking blind risks on wild trails.
The geometry adapts
The chainstay lengths of Megatower grow with the frame sizes. So everyone gets the same balanced geometry.

La Santa Cruz V10 è una delle bici di maggior successo nella storia del downhill. Questo non è un caso, ma il risultato del costante lavoro di sviluppo degli ingegneri e del team Syndicate. Non sorprende quindi che all'inizio della stagione 2017 la concorrenza sia rimasta a bocca aperta quando Loris Vergier, Luca Shaw e Greg Minnaar si sono qualificati su prototipi V10 con ruote da 29 pollici. Durante la stagione 2017 e 2018 sono stati effettuati intensi lavori di sviluppo, test e gare. Ora la Santa Cruz V10 è alla settima fase di sviluppo ed è disponibile nelle versioni 27,5 o 29 pollici per i downhill racer. Santa Cruz ha scelto consapevolmente entrambe le dimensioni delle ruote per soddisfare le preferenze personali dei rider. Le ruote da 29 pollici e il telaio snello della Joplin galleggiano sui dossi ondulati con la stessa facilità con cui divora le sporgenze frastagliate. All the travel you need in a single-fork bike, designed for the steepest, most challenging trails. VPP™ suspension can be tuned to find the perfect balance between pedaling efficiency and the ability to absorb the harshest impacts. The Nomad excels at absorbing the hardest hits, allowing the rider to push harder and more confidently even through the roughest terrain. But thanks to its pedaling efficiency, reaching the best and highest trails isn't as hard as with other bikes.
Sensitivity and constant traction
On the Nomad, reducing anti-squat decreased pedal kickback on large, sharp-edged impacts at high speed, while improving the overall feel of the suspension to maintain traction at all speeds, uphill and downhill.
Crash control and tracking
By reducing the initial leverage of the new Nomad, it was possible to improve geometric stability influenced by body weight throughout the travel. At the same time, by reducing the progression, the suspension maintains consistent tracking quality throughout the travel.
Built to last
Short, sturdy counter-rotating links connect the front and rear triangles, creating an extremely rigid frame that reduces lateral flex. Simple expansion pins hold everything together, the pivots run on large-diameter axles and bearings (which we offer free lifetime replacement), and the lower link includes a grease fitting for quick and easy maintenance.
Custom frame stiffness
Larger riders mean more stress on larger frames. That's why we adjust the stiffness for each size, so everyone can experience the same ride quality.
Details matter
It's all completed with a practical mudguard that protects the rear shock absorber, neat cable routing inside the frame and swingarm, as well as rubberized DT protectors to resist impacts.
