The CANNONDALE SYSTEMSIX HI-MOD ULTEGRA DI2 is a road bike that can climb and descend most hills quickly while conserving watts in the front, back and front group. The SistemSix is based on a system composed of six components namely frame, fork, seatpost, handlebar, stem and wheels all designed together in order to minimize resistance, increase comfort and optimize stiffness to give the most in speed.
Cannondale's System Bar Knot offers minimal resistance and sleek looks in one piece-the trim and interchangeability benefits of a two-piece handlebar-stem stem system.
The bike rides Hollowgram 64 Knot wheels-one of the fastest wheel sets ever created. They are compatible only with disc brakes and offer low drag even with large volume tires.
The Hollowgram 60 Knot seatpost is designed to reduce resistance to the airflow at high speeds that results in accelerated airflow between the rider's legs.
All sections of the frame, fork and seatpost have a custom truncated airfoil, designed specifically to reduce resistance within the effective yaw range.
The cable routing is completely internal: brake cables pass through the opening located on the front side of the head tube so as to decrease resistance and simplify maintenance.
Through the Cannondale app, the integrated wheel sensor captures detailed information on speed, route and distance traveled. It also allows you to register your bike and reminds you to perform maintenance when needed.
Speed Release through-bolt pivots allow for quick and easy wheel changes and are compatible with most through-bolt wheel sets.
The frame is made of high quality, high stiffness, high strength Ballistec Hi-Mod carbon. This sophisticated mix of carbon fibers makes the frame lightweight, responsive and strong.
