Five Ten

Five Ten is an American company that produces sports footwear for different outdoor activities. The brand was founded in 1985 by Charles Cole, a climbing enthusiast who, after a fall in the Yosemite park, decided to study a new formula that could give life to a specific rubber sole for the needs of all climbers. 
Cole developed a new type of rubber called Stealth that could make climbing more accessible, allowing all climbers to face walls that had been inaccessible until then.

In the early 2000s the company also launched into the bike market producing shoes for all types of MTB and BMX. MTB shoes, thanks to their innovative soles, offer comfort and resistance to the best athletes in the world. 
The cycling shoes combine the incredible non-slip Stealth Rubber compound with high comfort and give the wearer a casual look. All models provide a solid grip on flat pedals so you always have great control of your bike. 

In recent years the company has developed a new compound called Mi6, even softer than the Stealth Rubber, winner of the Outdoor Award thanks to its incredible pedal contact and cushioning characteristics, but also perfect for walking as it offers more flexibility than the outsole at the front.
