ABS Roc is an Italian brand born in Liguria thanks to Alessandro Bonarotti, an expert Enduro biker, and has been designed to allow tuning of the forks on the market (air spring).
The kit is particularly suitable for tuning "entry level" forks without adjustments, allowing them to be transformed in just a few minutes into high-performance suspension for demanding riders.
The kit should be assembled according to your needs by inserting cylinders of different hardnesses into the rod according to the specifications provided in the kit, depending on your weight and riding style. Once assembled, it should be placed inside the air chamber of your suspension and any existing spacers or tokens should be removed. The inflation pressure will be lower than the SAG reference pressure. In fact, depending on the composition of the kit, it will be as low as 10 to 50%.
This system has multiple effects: It allows you to obtain greater sensitivity up to the middle of the stroke, better absorbing and devouring any roughness in the terrain and immediately giving you greater confidence, but at the same time and without the aid of hydraulics (the adjustments of the compressions are totally replaced by the system and in part also those of the rebound) the compression curve is very progressive in the central part of the stroke, supporting in a mellow and always very comfortable way, then going to linearize again at the end of the stroke, thus allowing a total balance with the rear suspension in landings or in the conduction on fast slopes.
Another beneficial effect is due to the decrease in the volume of air in the chamber, which will make the suspension completely inert to the classic stiffening caused by long descents, keeping the air pressure more linear.
