Look

Look is a brand founded in the early 50s by Jean Beyl that made soccer balls. Breaking his leg while he was skiing Beyl realized that the fracture had been caused by the attacks of the skis that prevented the boot from coming off during the fall. Beyl then began producing automatic ski bindings and, later, automatic bicycle pedals. The pedal uses a binding system similar to that of skis and, in the event of a fall, the foot is released. In addition to the automatic pedal, Look invented the first carbon frame in 1986, the year of Greg Lemond's victory in the Tour de France.

Look always combines technical performance and design and, in addition to the pedals for racing and mtb bikes, currently also produces triathlon, mountain bikes and track bikes used by the JO team.
