FAQ

How do I know if an item is available? If a product cannot be added to your shopping cart, it is unfortunately not available. You can still make an availability request and, should the item come back, you will promptly receive an email notification.

I have a discount code, how can I use it? Once you have added your items to your cart you can enter the voucher at the time of purchase. Discount codes are not cumulative.

What are the payment methods? You can pay by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal. In case of bank transfer the shipment will start when the amount is received.

How do I keep track of my shipment? We will update you with email notifications on the status of your order (leaving - departed - delivered). Each notification will contain a link to the tracking. Which courier will my order be shipped with? We use GLS and DHL couriers.

Will the courier contact me by telephone? As we do not handle the shipment internally, it is at the discretion of the individual courier.

I won't be able to be at home when my parcel arrives, how can I collect it? The courier will make two more attempts, after which your packagewill be stored at a GLS or DHL pick-up point.

I got the wrong size / I would like to change the colour, how do I do that? Once your order has arrived you have 14 days to make a return or a refund by filling in the appropriate form. For further information you can consult our dedicted page.

The product is faulty, how can I benefit from the guarantee? You can make use of the guarantee by contacting our e-shop at tech@pro-m.com. For further information, you can consult our dedicated page.

Do I have to pay for the return? You will only have to pay the cost of returning the goods, while the cost of sending the new product will be borne by us. In the event of a defective product, we will bear the cost of collecting the goods.
