The Zipp 454 NSW Tubeless Disc-brake is the ultimate road racing wheel. This wheel offers everything the performance cyclist demands. Additionally, the wider rim is designed for tubeless tires at lower pressure to reduce rolling resistance and vibration damping, thus losing as little energy as possible on the road. To achieve the best combination of aerodynamics and rolling resistance, it is recommended to mount a 28 mm tire on this wheel. While 25 mm tires offer a small aerodynamic gain, the rolling resistance losses of a 28 mm tire outweigh the aerodynamic gain. Therefore, for the best performance, it is advisable to use a 28 mm tire. The 454 NSW features Zipp's most advanced technologies. The undulating shape of the 58 mm deep Sawtooth™ rim with Hyperfoils™ is the most aerodynamic and stable wheel.
