• MIPS TECHNOLOGY: The new MTB D4 helmet is equipped with the MIPS C2 protection system, Multidirectional Impact Protection System, a revolutionary technology that reduces and slows the amount of energy transferred to the head in angular impacts. The inclusion of MIPS in Troy Lee Designs helmets significantly reduces rotational forces and, consequently, the risks associated with possible concussions. The D4 also features the Collarbone Suspension System, designed to ensure that the force and pressure from potential impacts on the shoulders are evenly distributed, rather than concentrating in one point.
