The SPECIALIZED S-WORKS EVADE 3 MIPS is an aerodynamic road helmet that channels air from the inside out to keep the head cool at all times.
Through Computational Fluid Dynamics testing and wind tunnel testing, it was possible to create a rear "diffuser" that helps minimize drag and improve ventilation. The diffuser helps optimize aerodynamic performance by allowing air to escape quickly, and improves ventilation by expelling 10 percent more air through the helmet at a given speed.
The occipital adjustment system allows you to adjust the fit, based on the shape of your head, ensures maximum comfort and also allows you to change the angle of the helmet for goggle compatibility.
The TriFix system with thinner straps reduces any irritation while the Mindset sealing system is ultra-lightweight and allows the helmet to be easily adjusted even while pedaling.
MIPS Node Air technology is integrated into the pads and is lightweight and dissipates rotational forces on impact. Perforations for optimal comfort.
