SPECIALIZED EPIC HARDTAIL EXPERT

The continuous growth and evolution of the XC full boat sector has led to the creation of the new Epic Hardtail Expert.

This bike has one of the lightest mtb frames ever made, with a weight of about 1175 grams as it is made entirely of FACT 11M carbon fiber.

The geometry of the Epic HT frames includes specific pipe sizes and carbon lay-up for each size. This creates a perfect balance between rigidity, lightness and responsiveness, so that all frames, of any size, are always able to provide top performance.

The geometry has also been modified to improve stability and speed, making the steering angle more relaxed, the horizontal tube longer and correcting the seat angle accordingly. In this way the Epic HT is stable and incredibly fast.

The Epic Hardtail Expert features a RockShox SID fork with Brain, 12-speed SRAM GX Eagle rear derailleur and lightweight Roval Control carbon fiber wheels.

The frame, made of FACT 11m carbon fibre, with XC 29 geometry, focuses on both revolutionary angles and extremely low weight, always ensuring explosive speed and perfect handling on race circuits.
New Roval Control Carbon with many features taken from the Roval Control SL such as the 25mm internal width - traction, lightness and strength.
12-speed SRAM GX Eagle transmission with 10-50t cassette, a wide range of ratios to get to the top nimbly, and just as easily downhill. The single-sprocket set-up is lightweight and makes chain fall unlikely.
