SPECIALIZED EPIC EXPERT

The new Epic Expert is the perfect bike to shine in all races.

The new reach makes the bike more stable in speed and more comfortable, the steering angle is more relaxed, easier to handle and is combined with a custom 42mm offset so you can easily tackle tight corners.

The bike is equipped with the new Brain 2.0 technology: the brain has been moved closer to the rear axle both to get more sensitivity and to react instantly to shocks and provide a more consistent performance.

The frame of the Epic has also been improved in terms of stiffness: thanks to the geometry of the Rider-First Engineered™ tubes it is possible to place complex carbon fiber parts in the right places, so as to significantly increase the rigidity of the triangle and achieve a tangible improvement in riding quality. Each size has specific tubing to create the most rigid and maneuverable XC bike there is.

As for the weight of the bike, to make it faster, the carbon layout, the shape of the pipes, the internal cable routing and the hydraulic pipes for the shock absorber have been modified. If you're curious, the weight savings are equivalent to removing the low stays and shock absorber rod from the previous Epic - almost 525 grams less.

The Epic Expert Carbon features the 12-speed SRAM GX Eagle groupset, RockShox SID fork with Brain Fade, SRAM Level TL brakes and lightweight Roval Control carbon fibre products.
