The SANTA CRUZ HECKLER 8.1 XT BIKE is a perfect e-mtb for reaching even all the previously unreachable trails. The carbon frame and interchangeable 504 Wh battery reduces weight compared to batteries on larger bikes.
The 27.5" wheels are lightweight and the 445mm chainstay makes the bike snappy and maneuverable on tight, challenging trails. The Shimano EP8 motor is lighter and more powerful than its predecessor unit (380g), is more powerful (85nm vs 75nm), smaller (10% less) for greater ground clearance, less drag (50%), more heat resistant and tuned to give even more power when in Trail mode.
