The Mallet 3 is an all-mountain pedal that uses a stainless steel standard 17-4PH engaging/disengaging mechanism, for a pair weight of 499 grams. The body is made of 6061-T6 aluminum and the contact platform is equipped with 6 adjustable pins per side, configured to optimize the interface between shoe and pedal. The body also features grooves that stabilize contact with the sole even when the shoe is not engaged. The Q factor is 52 mm, to maintain stability at high speeds. Lateral float and release angle are adjustable; high-quality bearings are paired with a dual sealing system.
