CERAMICSPEED ITA BOTTOM BRACKET 24 MM CUPS

The CeramicSpeed ITA bottom bracket for Shimano Road features a wide 70mm shell and an internal diameter of 35mm. This kit includes all the necessary parts to install 24mm spindle cranks into an ITA housing. Compatible with Shimano, FSA, and other cranks. CeramicSpeed bearings pressed into threaded cups, then threaded into the frame. These bearings are available as standard or coated versions. CeramicSpeed balls, super round and super smooth, roll on races made of hardened steel in both cases. The coated version has a metallic coating applied to the races, making them even harder and smoother, resulting in increased durability and reduced friction. ITA bottom brackets, owing to the popularity of the Italian road bike design, cater to numerous customers. The drive-side cup must be firmly secured, but once done, the system is excellent. 24mm cranks perform at their best when paired with these bearings. To make your bike as efficient as possible, reduce mechanical resistance. Bottom brackets have a measurable effect on speed. The balls are 100% smoother and 15% harder than ceramic ones. They also roll on smoother races. They reduce resistance by 75% compared to typical bottom bracket housings. The bearings last at least three times longer than other bearings. These bearings come with All Round grease. If you want less resistance and ride in cleaner environments, install TT and Drag Grease with lower resistance. If riding in wet conditions, LongLife grease can be applied for a longer period.
