The CANNONDALE TRAIL SE 4 is the perfect MTB for those approaching the world of Trail riding. The bike is easy to handle and features state-of-the-art components specifically designed for the mountains to ensure a safe and modern experience in the saddle.
The aluminum frame, the 120mm fork travel, the 760mm handlebar width define the character of this bike also thanks to the more aggressive 2.5"/2.3" tires.
The innovative and progressive design of the SE aluminum frame combines the most advanced trail geometry with lowered seatstays for a better ride quality and a sleeker look of the bike. The shape of the frame tubes ensures high performance while the thickness makes them lighter.
Light and stiff, this bike is designed for 1-1/2" to 1-1/8" tapered headtubes that the best forks feature. SAVE micro-suspension provides a smooth ride and greater control as it takes advantage of specially designed and built flexible zones in the rear triangle.
Thanks to Boost spacing, the bike's lower chainstays position the rear wheel in the perfect position for both maximum traction and an agile ride.
The 66.5° head angle, more open than average, provides a more stable ride for added confidence when tackling downhill trails.
The 29" wheels ensure the perfect mix between trim, speed and fun. Possibility to mount a kickstand and shifting and seatpost cables are routed inside the down tube while the rear brake cables are attached to the outside of the frame.
