The CANNONDALE SCALPEL CARBON 2 BIKE is a Cross Country MTB with revolutionary suspension, aggressive geometry and lightweight frame for fast pedaling.
The Flex Pivot suspension is light and high performance and offers exceptional grip, acceleration and control. The progressive geometry provides an even larger and more open head tube by one and a half degrees, the angle of the head tube more accentuated by one degree for an aggressive, fast, fun and stable bike on any terrain.
The Flex Pivot carbon plates are the key element of Scalpel's incredible suspension performance and lightness. Carbon plates create virtual Horst connection pins even though they are stiffer and lighter than cushions. These plates are incredibly strong, flexible and maintenance-free.
The extra-long offset of the Lefty fork allows a high stability and safety, without giving up a fast steering, even on the most demanding terrain.
The Ai offset transmission allows you to have ample space for the tires, keep the chainstays ultra-short for exceptional traction and agility and avoid the accumulation of mud and debris.
Internal cable routing and possibility to carry two water bottles.
