The Goodyear XPLR Inter is part of the wheel-and-tire system that changes the gravel game. This versatile gravel tyre is designed for Zipp’s ultra-wide 303 XPLR S and SW wheelsets to deliver a fast wheel-and-tyre combination across gravel surfaces. Suited for dry and mixed conditions. Modern gravel wheel systems are often slightly more robust versions of road setups: light, stiff, narrow and aerodynamic. The issue is that riding on gravel induces harmful vibration that slows riders and increases fatigue over time. Additionally, gravel tyres typically negate the aerodynamic benefits of traditionally narrow road rims.

The new XPLR wheel-and-tyre system takes a completely new approach and optimises component dimensions to achieve the fastest configuration on the market. Beyond unmatched gravel aerodynamics, the resulting rim width also allows lower tyre pressures, helping to filter vibrations for additional energy savings. XPLR Inter provides the most versatile gravel setup with the 303 XPLR and can be used in most situations. Its narrow centre tread ensures fast rolling, while larger side knobs provide grip and cornering security. The lightweight, compliant casing improves ride quality.

M:Wall reinforcements in the sidewalls provide puncture protection against cuts and pinch flats, allowing the rider to run the lowest possible tyre pressure. Finally, the bead seat dimensions are engineered to ensure easy mounting and secure retention on Zipp TSS rims. Only approved tyres may be used on XPLR wheels.
