To make sure you stop safely at the end of the trail, SRAM created the Maven. Thanks to monstrously large 18 mm brake pistons, it delivers consistent braking power in every situation. This quartet is housed in a newly designed, incredibly stiff 4-bolt caliper. It offers excellent heat management so braking power remains available at peak levels—defined and reliable—even on the longest descents from the first meter at the top to the valley station. Maximum braking power is of little use if it can’t be controlled optimally. That’s exactly where the SRAM Stealth brake lever comes in. With tool-free reach adjustment, it fits every hand perfectly. With different pad options and a wide range of rotor sizes, you can perfectly tailor the Maven to your intended use. Visually, the brake’s matte black anodized finish integrates harmoniously with modern bike designs. To keep the cockpit as clean as possible, the bar-mounted actuator is compatible with SRAM’s proven Matchmaker system. This allows the brake, derailleur, or remote dropper lever to be mounted on a single clamp.
