SPECIALIZED STUMPJUMPER EVO COMP BIKE

The SPECIALIZED STUMPJUMPER EVO COMP is a trail bike with a gravity vocation. The cart is FSR type, that is a deformable quadrilateral with Horst joint: in the first 45 mm of travel the cart retracts and "accompanies" the wheel during the impact so as to reduce the slowdown of the bike while in the second and third part of the excursion follows a trajectory first vertical and then longitudinal. In the last phase of the excursion the advancement of the rear axle releases the carriage from the chain pull, making it even more independent and fluid in its sinking.
The excursion of the bike is 150 mm at the rear and 160 mm at the front while the RX Tune (i.e. the calibration of the rear shock absorber) is specific and different for each frame size so as to ensure the same behavior of the suspension.
The Stumpjumper Evo's S-size geometry is the most progressive: long, low and relaxed and the bike can be adjusted to six different positions. You can raise the bottom bracket by 10mm and adjust the steering angle up to two degrees. Possibility to mount a 27.5 rear wheel combined with a 29" front wheel.
The frame is made of carbon Fact 11M, has a rigid and performing structure and weighs 2,750kg (shock absorber and protections included).
The Swat Door (i.e. the compartment inside the down tube) is even larger and can now accommodate a 650ml water bag.
