SHIMANO DEORE XT PD-T8000 SPD WITH CLEATS SM-SH56 PEDALS are multipurpose because they are "double face": one side is automatic while the other is flat so that the pedals can find the best possible support point according to the ground.
The platform is based on an axle with waterproof cone and canopy bearings. On the automatic side it is possible to adjust the spring tension. The flat side, instead, is equipped with 8 pegs that guarantee a good grip.
