SANTA CRUZ HIGHTOWER C R BIKE

The SANTA CRUZ HIGHTOWER C R is an all-mountain bike that, thanks to its lower-link shock pattern, adjustable geometry and design, gives a lot of satisfaction when you ride it.

The bike is more maneuverable than its "long travel" sibling the Megatower and more at home on steep and rough sections than its cousin the Tallboy. The Santa Cruz Hightower C R excels when the trail covers "all the way around". The position of the VPP® on the lower-link creates a nearly linear compression curve, absorbs all shocks from the ground and maintains the same progressiveness that normally belongs to the DH V10.

The 145mm of rear travel and 150mm of front travel give the bike a bit more travel (front and rear) than the previous model and the 65° head tube angle makes the bike extremely maneuverable.

The flip-chip allows you to change the height of the bottom bracket: when it is set to "high" the height of the bottom bracket rises so you can tackle difficult technical terrain or mount Plus size tires.
When set to "low" the bottom bracket height is lowered and the "shock" rate is more progressive so as to provide greater resistance to bottom-out.

The possibility to place a water bottle on the frame, the down tube protection, the shock absorber protection and the chainstay protection give the bike an extra touch of elegance.
