The SANTA CRUZ HECKLER 9 C S 29 BIKE is an e-mtb with a larger interchangeable battery (720wh from 504wh), which allows cyclists to expand their trail map, accessing previously unreachable trails, unlocking less-used routes and getting more done in less time.
What sets Santa Cruz e-bikes apart from the crowd is the bike's trail behaviour: the layering and design of the frame are strong enough to handle the amount of rides the ebikes allow.
The geometry has been refined through extensive testing and feedback to make riding fun both uphill and downhill. Finally, the legendary VPP suspension has been tuned specifically for ebike use. The 150 mm rear travel (with the 160 mm front fork) makes the bike perfect for tackling all trails with a slightly lower anti-squat to ensure glue-like traction on the climbs you will be testing.
