The Renthal lock-on knobs with Kevlar compound have CNC machined aluminum collars permanently integrated into the structure of the knob that offer secure fixing and eliminate any type of play that could otherwise arise over time. Millions of Kevlar particles are inserted into the soft compound, the surface density of which increases with the wear of the knob, considerably increasing its duration.
