ORTLIEB DOWNTOWN QL3.1 BAG

The ORTLIEB DOWNTOWN BAG QL3.1 is a waterproof bag that offers secure cargo transport and reliable protection of files, documents and laptops up to 15.4". Two large 3M Scotchlite reflectors and the ORTLIEB logo and reflective handle ensure safety in the dark and in poor condition. It comes with an extra wide padded shoulder strap and an additional carrying handle. The bag can be mounted on both sides of the carrier.
