The Maxxis Assegai 27.5x2.60 Double Down Tubeless Ready was developed in collaboration with Greg Minnaar to tackle the most extreme descents. Thanks to the Double Down carcass (2x120 TPI) with a butyl insert, this tire delivers top-level protection against pinch flats and cuts.

The 3C MaxxGrip compound provides exceptional traction and low rebound, perfect for races or aggressive enduro rides. Tall, widely spaced tread knobs bite into roots, rocks and mud, maintaining grip and control even in wet conditions.

Ideal as a front tire for maximum control or as a rear tire on enduro e-bikes for absolute traction.
