Maxxis' Ardent EXO TR 3C tyre is a wheel designed for the best possible performance in Downhill and All-Mountain disciplines, thanks to its high volume casing and optimal traction. The tire is fitted with wide side tread blocks for perfect cornering grip and ramped to reduce rolling resistance. The TR version features a tubeless ready heel, allowing you to use it with or without an inner tube. The tire also offers a mix of Triple Compound MaxxTerra tire offers an excellent compromise between traction and grip.

TECHNOLOGIES

• 3C MAXX SPEED TRIPLE MIXTURE: An intermediate compound configuration is used in selected mountain tyres. 3C MaxxTerra is softer and offers more traction than 3C MaxxSpeed, it is also more wear resistant and has lower rolling resistance.
  EXO: extremely cut-resistant and abrasion-resistant material added to the sides of MTB tyres. This layer obtained with a super-lightweight dense weave does not affect the performance of the tire.
• TR TUBELESS READY: The TR tubeless ready version of MAXXIS provides the biker with many advantages: the possibility to pedal with a reduced tyre pressure, this greatly improves traction; lower rolling resistance compared to an inner tube tyre; lower possibility to have the tyre on the ground. Maxxis TR tubeless ready covers have the same advantages as UST tubeless covers without being penalized by the increased weight. For the TR version a standard casing is used and therefore requires the use of anti-puncture liquid for air tightness. Maxxis TR covers are the only covers approved for use with anti-puncture liquids. Maxxis TR tubeless ready tyres can also be used on non Tubeless wheels with the use of an inner tube.
