FOCUS IZALCO MAX 9.7 RIVAL AXS BIKE

The FOCUS IZALCO MAX 9.7 RIVAL AXS is a racing bike with a super lightweight carbon aero frame (weight 890 gr), new and lightweight C.I.S stem, R.A.T thru-axle pivots, Sram Rival Etap AXS 12-speed wirless electronic gearbox and set of aerodynamically optimized DT Swiss Arc 1600 dicut carbon wheels with 48 mm rim height.
The bike was designed and optimized in Focus' wind tunnel and the result is a combination of Kamm tail profiles, hidden cables and well-balanced proportions. Thanks to highly rigid High Modulus carbon fibers, the frame weighs only 1040 g and the aero fork 360 g.
All of the bike's cables run inside the brand new and very stylish C.I.S aero stem from the aero handlebar through the stem and headset into the frame. This ensures perfect functionality while having optimal aerodynamics and a clean cockpit.
The universal computer mount allows the cyclocomputer to be mounted on the aerodynamic stem. Handlebar height can be easily adjusted using a special two-piece spacer.
The aerodynamic carbon seatpost has a D-profile with 15 mm offset for the perfect mix of ergonomics and comfort. To maintain the optimal seating position, the seat tube has been pushed forward so that the actual offset is only 2 mm. Which means you can enjoy the comfort of a 15 mm offset seatpost without having to give up a modern racing seating position.
Wide 28mm tires increase comfort and puncture protection, and R.A.T. through-axles offer stability while providing quick wheel changes. 160 mm disc (flat mount) brakes provide safe and reliable braking performance in all weather conditions.
