ABS FORK TUNE (COMFORT AND GRIP KIT)

Abs Fork Tune is an Italian product created to allow anyone to easily tune the air forks for mountain bikes by optimizing their operation according to needs and riding style.

Born to transform a simple air fork into a high performance suspension (very close to a "coil" suspension) with a sensitivity never tried so far and able to allow the tire to never lose contact with the ground, this kit allows to modify the compression curve and the damping speeds in compression / extension, making uniform the functioning of the elastic element of the fork during a high intensity use, prolonged in time.

The benefits brought by this system are: uniformity of operation during heavy duty, high damping of the vibrations at the handlebar, reduction of friction thanks to the use of specific grease.

The purpose of ABS Fork Tune is to increase driving comfort, to keep the wheel on the ground so that the tire footprint remains the same, ensuring comfort grip and driveability.

All these characteristics increase the sensitivity of the fork, leading it to a behavior comparable to that of the forks with elastic element and to the lightness of the forks with an air-elastic element. 

ABS FORK TUNE (COMFORT AND GRIP KIT) POLYMER FEATURES

Ability to deform and return to the initial shape at a controlled speed, thus alleviating the work of the hydraulic cartridge and making it more linear in operation.
Constant mechanical response as a function of the exercise, i.e. it behaves like a spring in opposition to the load. Thanks to the 70% reduction in the volume of air introduced, the positive chamber is less subject to pressure rise due to overheating.
