SRAM PC X01 EAGLE 12S 120 LINKS CHAIN

The SRAM PC X01 EAGLE 12V SPEED CHAIN may look ordinary from the outside, but the internal design of this incredible chain has made possible a range of ratios until now only available in double chainring drivetrains. The Eagle drivetrain is ultra-efficient, quiet and durable. The links have a reduced radius, with no sharp or chamfered profiles resulting in reduced noise, wear and tear on the chainring and cassette.
The new chain design offers a flatter surface that results in stronger chain riveting and increased strength.

TECHNOLOGIES

• Flow link: the internal chain links are ultra-smooth and the edges are not sharp. The result is a perfect fit between cassette gears and chain, less friction, quieter operation and long life. The chain design is narrower, able to withstand higher angles and the flat outer links result in stronger riveting and superior strength.
• Hard Chrome: thanks to the hard chrome treatment, the chain lasts four times longer than other Sram chains. This is possible thanks to the innovative finishing process of the internal links, which allows to maintain unchanged (unlike other Sram chains) both the force to hit the pins and the resistance to breakage.
• PowerLock: technology that allows you to mount the chain safely, durably and without tools. Given the reduced tolerance of 10-, 11-, and 12-speed drivetrains, each PowerLock can be used only once to avoid reducing the performance of the drivetrain.
