The Griffin TR EXO 3C tire from Maxxis was made for the Downhill and for use on all terrain. The tire offers a reinforced Dual Ply carcass that makes it very sturdy and large, wide, slightly offset side cleats to ensure great cornering stability, even at high speeds. The tread, on the other hand, has thinner cleats that guarantee good performance and excellent braking.

  EXO: Extremely cut-resistant and abrasion-resistant material added to the sides of MTB tires. This super-lightweight, dense weave layer does not affect the performance of the tire.
• TR TUBELESS READY: The TR tubeless ready version of MAXXIS provides the biker with many advantages: the possibility to pedal with a reduced tyre pressure, this greatly improves traction; lower rolling resistance compared to tubeless tyres; lower possibility to have the tyre on the ground. Maxxis TR tubeless ready covers have the same advantages as UST tubeless covers without being penalized by the increased weight. For the TR version a standard casing is used and therefore requires the use of anti-puncture liquid for air tightness. Maxxis TR covers are the only covers approved for use with anti-puncture liquids. Maxxis TR tubeless ready tyres can also be used on non Tubeless wheels with the use of an inner tube.
