The SANTA CRUZ HIGHTOWER CC X01 BIKE is an all-rounder that's perfect for the trail, more maneuverable than its longer brother, the Megatower, because it covers "all the points in between". The position of the VPP® on the lower-link creates an almost linear compression curve, absorbing all kinds of obstacles and maintaining the same progressiveness that we normally find on our DH V10.
This Hightower balances rigidity and weight savings. The Carbon CC frame follows all trail surfaces well, is responsive and at the same time isolates external inputs.
Thanks to the flip chip, the bottom bracket height, which is normally a bit higher for technical trails, has a more progressive shock frequency in the Low position, to provide additional resistance to the bottom.
The Hightower is ideal for speed seekers. Thanks to the set wheel size, 135mm of rear travel and a 67° steering angle, this versatile bike will give you fun and confidence on every type of trail.
