BUILT BY RIDERS: The STATUS 2 offers a super strong M5 aluminum frame and robust alloy wheels. Tough suspension, powerful brakes, and reliable drivetrain options round out these models for smooth pedaling and taking big jumps with excellent braking capability. They’re not for gram counters—they’re for riders who push limits and go beyond.
RIDE DYNAMICS TUNING: Our Specialized Ride Dynamics team developed the kinematics and refined the geometry to deliver a snappy, lively bike suited both to technical singletrack and to jumping a flight of stairs.
CUSTOMIZATION: Every STATUS 2 model is equipped with flip chips (located on the Horst pivot link, near the rear axle) that allow the rider to precisely adjust the frame geometry to match the desired riding style or terrain. Bikes ship in the high position, but by flipping the chip, the bottom bracket drops by 8mm and the head tube angle becomes more relaxed. allentarle: movement centrale lower by 8 mm and the head tube angle will be half a degree more relaxed.

Refined Kinematics
The Stumpjumper 15 Alloy is the ultimate trail bike, super efficient with excellent impact force management. For the Anti Squat we sought a balance between the previous versions, Stumpjumper and Stumpjumper EVO, both featuring exceptional pedaling characteristics.
Dialed Geometry
This bike offers the same capabilities as long-travel models, is agile in the tightest sections and super efficient and energetic when climbing. The generous cockpit centers you on the bike, optimizing traction and cornering control. The low bottom bracket, slack head angle and optimized fork offset improve stability on the most technical terrain.
Customizable Setup
With fully adjustable geometry, the Stumpjumper 15 Alloy is the most customizable trail bike ever. Six different setups allow you to choose the performance best suited to your ride style and the type of terrain. The head angle and bottom bracket height are adjustable to give you a more stabile ride feel or greater “clearance.”
Fun Before Forma
The frame can be more or less stiff, but not too stiff. To become uno with the bike, it must have a certain degree of flex. We designed the M5 Alloy frame by combining front triangle, rear triangle and link into a unit that offers the stiffness needed for trail ride demands.

Revolutionary capability: GENIE technology combines a snappy, playful ride with a DH-travel feel. Supreme control: Tangibly better traction than the “Bike of the Year”, the Stumpjumper EVO. GENIE—the magic carpet: The biggest innovation on the Stumpjumper 15 is GENIE. This patent-pending air spring technology we invented grants every rider’s three wishes: the feel and control of a coil spring, better bottom-out resistance than a standard air spring, and an adjustable platform for a playful feel. The “GENIUS”: GENIE combines the linear stiffness of a coil spring that improves control through the “impact zone” with the progressive curve of an air spring at the end of the stroke to prevent bottom-outs. Really, it’s the best of both worlds – coil and aria – with extra adjustability. Say goodbye to compromises and welcome the future of suspension. What bump?: With impact force management 16.3% better than a traditional air-spring shock, GENIE makes the Stumpy 15 perform like a bike with more travel. For example, the Stumpjumper 15 (with 145 mm of rear wheel travel) and our Enduro (170 mm of travel) both use 101 mm of stroke to absorb an impact force of 1080 N. Traction a gogo: Extensive field tests show that the Stumpjumper 15 with GENIE provides 57% better traction than a standard air-spring shock because GENIE technology delivers supple, coil-like performance that keeps the wheel in contact with the ground for a higher percentage of the tempo compared to a typical air spring. Goodbye bottom out: 39% fewer bottom-out events than a standard air spring. In caso of big hits, you’ll benefit from the progressive curve in the last 30% of the GENIE stroke. Thanks to its two-stage behavior, GENIE reduces the frequency and severity of bottom-out events.
