Regardless of saddle position, every rider can utilize 20mm of travel, friction-free, between the handlebars and the head tube. Hands on the bars stay steady, ensuring a smoother ride with greater control to be faster, safer, and more confident.

The low-clamp design exposes a larger portion of the seatpost to increase its flex. The Pavé seatpost 'controls' this movement for optimal vertical-plane dampening. Together, these two elements form the 'AfterShock' technology, and paired with the Roubaix's rigid rear triangle, create a smooth ride without compromising efficiency.
