The HOPE REAR HUB PRO 5 148 MM BOOST 32 HOLES E-BIKE combines 30 years of experience with the needs of current and future cycling technologies. One of the main objectives in designing the Pro 5 hub was reducing drag in the drive mechanism. To achieve this result it was necessary to improve sealing with a new zero-resistance labyrinth seal and an improved ratchet and pawl system with new springs.Another important update to the rear hubs is the increase in engagement points (from 44 to 108) thanks to a 6-offset-pawl hub design, in which 3 pawls are engaged at any one time. In this way it is possible to achieve the right balance between pickup speed, load capacity, strength and durability, and in practical terms you get a fast feel on the trail while keeping crank movement at an acceptable level without compromising hub free movement or its reliability.The hub is sold with a freehub body specifically designed for e-bikes: all six pawls engage simultaneously, which both reduces lag and increases load capacity and durability. The freehub is made entirely of stainless steel for better stability and wear resistance.The outer part of the shell has a new profile to increase stiffness without increasing weight, and the new axle design allows for larger bearings to be mounted in a better arrangement to fit the latest freehub standards while at the same time increasing load capacity.

Champion Christopher Blevins puts it this way: “This bike gives me everything I could want from a hardtail, with the added control and capability of a full-suspension.” To create this racing machine we used a fully integrated development approach, inventing an entirely new shock, drawing on four decades of victories on the off-road racing stage.
BENCHMARK FRAME: To achieve maximum speed through perfect power transfer efficiency and ultra-precise handling, our team of engineers has set a new standard in terms of torsional stiffness and bottom bracket stiffness. The double-diamond layout is the most sophisticated in the history of Specialized, and supports the stiffness goal by integrating the shock as a structural element.
FAST SUSPENSION: The Specialized Ride Dynamics Team developed revolutionary technology for the Epic World Cup to give it the efficiency and reactivity of a hardtail, plus the control and capability of a full-suspension. The RockShox SID Deluxe WCID (World Cup Integrated Design) shock, with independently adjustable positive and negative air springs, gives the Epic WC the coveted hardtail “scatto”, together with a suppleness that devours terrain and provides the ability to tune the setup based on a specific course or personal preferences.
BEYOND ITS CATEGORY: The 75 mm of travel on the Epic World Cup behaves as if it were much more. When the bike is ridden in firm mode, it offers the same effective travel as a 100 mm travel bike set with 25% sag. Optimization of air volumes and damping characteristics allows the Epic WC to handle hits like a bike with more generous travel. The dedicated MegaJounce bumper provides robust end-stroke support to manage the hardest impacts.
BRAIN: While the revolutionary SID Deluxe WCID shock provides the perfect mix of compliance and firmness at the rear, in the fork the BRAIN is alive and well, with Position-Sensitive technology and 15mm of sag, with no need for lockout or levers to operate.
LIGHT WEIGHT: With a frame weighing only 1765 grams (painted, with shock and small parts), the Epic World Cup is the lightest on the market. This lightness translates into explosive acceleration, maximally efficient climbing, and surprising agility. The sum of these characteristics is speed. We were able to design a frame that is this light and at the same time stiff thanks to what we learned from the design of the Aethos, particularly regarding the carbon layup.
LIGHTWEIGHT COMPONENTS: The Epic World Cup comes with the new Roval Control SL seatpost, ultra-light and stiff, a pair of wheels weighing only 1,240 grams, and an integrated cockpit.
The new Epic World Cup with Ride Dynamics Developed Suspension Technology has 75mm of travel at the rear wheel. Thanks to the new technology, pedaling is highly efficient and this Epic is ready for the most demanding descents.
The SRAM XX SL drivetrain is high-performance and robust, perfect for the brutal courses of XC races.

Our lightest full-power eMTB frame has 150 mm of tuned Proportional Response suspension and FlexPivot chainstays to maximize traction without adding weight. A custom Shimano EP801 motor unit delivers 85 Nm of torque the very moment your legs demand it, while the 601 Wh battery ensures generous range in a lightweight package.
The full Fox Factory setup and tough DT Swiss XM 1700 wheels follow the terrain with unwavering grip, the SRAM XO AXS drivetrain offers precise wireless shifting, and the “mullet” wheelset—29” front and 27.5” rear—perfectly balances fun and precise handling.
Lots of power, little weight.
Electric mountain bikes with this much power have never been this light. The lightweight carbon frame features our FlexPivot technology to save weight, and houses a customized battery that packs more watts per kilo than any other on the market. This unmatched power-to-weight ratio makes riding incredibly fun.
Full throttle
The power comes from a customized version of the Shimano EP801: the lightest motor capable of delivering the big power we were looking for. With 85 Nm of torque and a peak output of 600 W, it brings maximum power into the realm of lightweight e-bikes.

We developed custom ride modes for the Moterra SL, specifically optimized for the kind of high-speed rides this machine encourages. Four different assistance levels, easily adjustable while riding, help you choose between maximum range, monstrous power, or the ideal mix of both. Laid-back or full gas, every ride on the Moterra SL will be exactly how you want it.
Superb handling
At first glance, it looks a bit crazy: an adjustable slack head angle like a DH bike, the long reach and steep seat angle of a modern trail bike, suspension configuration and geometry fully customized by size. When you put all these dettagli together, you get a truly incredible bike.
