HOPE FLAT F22 PEDALS The HOPE FLAT F22 PEDALS are specifically designed to improve stability, foot support and grip. These pedals are the evolution of the F20 model and, compared to the previous model, differ in the axle design, which is more robust. MAIN FEATURES OF HOPE FLAT F22 PEDALS: Redesigned platform. HOPE UNION RC RACE PEDALS The HOPE UNION RC PEDALS are designed for cross-country and feature a dual mechanism that allows easy pedal entry, secure cleat retention, and a positive, consistent release.The dual-clip mechanism means the front clip moves on pedal entry, reduces the effort required to engage the pedal, flattens the shoe entry angle, and provides a wider cleat entry angle, allowing the front of the shoe sole to get closer to the pedal body to increase stability. Cleat release is guided by fixed pins for easier and more consistent disengagement.Hope’s mechanism uses a specific cleat that is not compatible with all other systems. The pedals are sold with 2 cleat options: cleat number 4 offers 4° of float and has a 12° release angle, while cleat number offers 5° of float and has a release angle of 13 and has greater release effort for aggressive riding. Both cleats also allow 2 mm of lateral float (side to side).The pedal body is CNC machined from billet and is designed to maximize contact between shoe/cleat and pedal body for greater stability and power transfer. HT NANO-P PA01 PEDALS The HT NANO-P PA01 pedals could be mistakenly defined as plastic pedals, but the platform of these flat pedals is actually made of PMC (Polymer Matrix Composite) reinforced with nylon base. It is a strong and lightweight material with performance and reliability worthy of much more expensive aluminum products. All machining is CNC to offer high levels of grip and confort thanks to the concave forma. The axle is mounted on two sealed bearings to optimize smoothness and on a DU bushing that helps to distribute the load in the best possible way.
