The Chisel is the lightest full-suspension alloy bike in the world. It’s 18.4% lighter than similar models in its category, and thanks to the suspension kinematics and geometry derived from its big sister, the Epic 8, the Chisel delivers outstanding performance on every ride.

SPEED METAL: Thanks to D'Aluisio Smartweld, the Chisel boasts the lightest XC aluminum frame in its class. Every tube in the frame is highly manipulated, with varying thicknesses and profiles, providing stiffness where needed, for efficiency, vibration absorption, optimal comfort, and control.

CAPABILITY: With Ride Dynamics-tuned 110mm travel suspension, the Chisel’s performance pedigree can be directly traced to the Epic 8, our World Cup race machine. The advanced suspension kinematics DNA of the Epic 8, along with Ride Dynamics-tuned suspension and progressive geometry refined on technical World Cup courses, are all present in the Chisel, making it more than capable of handling diverse terrains with confidence and speed.
