Trickstuff brake discs have been the first choice for many years when it is necessary to manage particularly high braking loads. With the help of the proven friction ring with its special hole arrangement, it is possible to successfully counteract the dreaded glazing of the pads.
The new brake discs also have a roof-shaped bevel (Dachle) on the outer circumference, which greatly simplifies the mounting of the rotor, because the rounded bevel makes it easier to insert the brake disc into the caliper.
In addition, the friction ring features more material than most current brake discs. In fact, the heat inevitably generated during braking must be absorbed for the most part by the brake disc and then released into the surrounding air. Thanks to the presence of more material, the new Trickstuff discs ensure worry-free braking on long descents and during continuous braking and are the ideal complement for all current ultra-light brake calipers.

Trickstuff guarantees an extremely precise thickness of the discs within +/- 0.005 millimeters, final dimension is 2.05 millimeters. As material, a particularly high-quality stainless steel is used, heat-treated at 1,100 degrees Celsius and has a hardness of at least 36 HRC. The glass surfaces deform less when exposed to heat, are mechanically very stable and have an extraordinarily long service life.
