In the context of our exclusive partnership with KTH Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and Mips, we shared the CAD designs of our helmets and studied the still-soft skulls of young children with finite element analysis (FEA). Since children’s heads are softer and are growing, through this collaboration we established the need to use low-density foam, and in a greater amount.
INNOVATION ON THE BASE OF DATA: As a result of our collaboration with KTH and Mips, for the Shuffle 2 LED casco, adding 18% more low-density foam increased the casco solo by 5% in overall size.
COMFORT: The Shuffle 2 LED casco has many technological features, which however are functional only if worn in the modo correct. Ecco why the sizes are child-specific and why we use the SX retention system that helps achieve the right and comfortable fit. The Tri-Fix device ensures easy strap adjustment.
LED LIGHT: On the back of this Shuffle 2 casco there is an LED light for greater visibility to motorists. The light integrates perfectly into the design, so kids are happy to wear it, and parents can be confident their son or daughter is always highly visible.

The LINEA 01 MIPS is a lightweight full-face casco, with integrated MIPS® and TwiceMe® technologies, Fidlock® closure and certified for all international standards. The casco, in size M, weighs only 570 grams and meets all international standards such as CPSC 1203, CE EN1078, ASTM F1952-DH, ASTM 2032-BMX, AS/NZ 2063.
The outer polycarbonate shell, combined with the inner shell in dual-density EPS, is mapped according to the zones of the skull that are more subject and exposed to impacts. The strength and rigidity are further reinforced by the Nylon exoskeleton inspired by the geometries of auxetic materials. The shape of the casco allows excellent air circulation and helps to limit the overall weight.
The MIPS® technology reduces the rotational forces transmitted to the head in the event of an impact, while the NFC TwiceMe technology sends personal and medical information to selected contacts, allowing rescue times to be drastically reduced.
The 22 air intakes positioned on the core center and the 8 rear extractors ensure continuous airflow and optimal heat exchange at every moment of pedaling. The internal thermoformed padding, made of antibacterial and anti-odor material, ensures maximum comfort and can be easily washed.
The shape of the shell is designed to hold the goggles when not worn and the quick and secure closure is ensured by the Fidlock® magnetic system, which can be operated even while wearing gloves.
