The new CASCO Loma, designed for those cyclists who range from gravel to extreme climbing efforts on the road. The Loma owes its innovative features and performance to our S-Works helmets, and combines them with an elegant aesthetic of a true all-road CASCO.
Like our S-Works models, the Loma is comfortable and ventilated, and is equipped with the MIPS Essential Core system. The Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University has given this CASCO a 5-star rating in the Virginia Tech® Helmet Rating scala. The Loma is the CASCO perfetto for road and gravel cyclists who are looking for performance features combined with comfort and functionality.
Glasses housing: The design of the CASCO ensures excellent grip when you place your glasses in the CASCO during a long climb.
Ventilation: Tutto we have learned in the development of our S-Works helmets is also incorporated in the Loma, such as 4D Brow Cooling, and internal channels to keep the head cool when temperatures rise.
MIPS: The Mips Essential Core system is a low-friction layer that allows movement of 10-15mm in all directions. Scientific studies indicate this movement helps reduce the rotational forces transmitted to the brain in the event of an impact.
