MAXXIS ARDENT EXO TR 3C MAXXSPEED 27.5X2.35 120TPI TB85945100 TYRE The Ardent EXO TR 3C tyre by Maxxis is a tyre designed to achieve the best possible performance in Downhill and All-Mountain disciplines, thanks to its high-volume casing and optimal traction. The tyre features wide side knobs for perfect cornering grip and ramped knobs to reduce rolling resistance. The TR version has a tubeless ready bead, which allows you to use it with or without an inner tube. The tyre also offers a Triple Compound MaxxSpeed rubber mix that provides an excellent compromise between traction and grip. EXO: an extremely cut- and abrasion-resistant material added to the sidewalls of MTB tyres. This layer, made with a superlight dense weave, does not affect the performance of the tyre. TR TUBELESS READY: The MAXXIS TR tubeless ready version provides the biker with many advantages: the possibility of riding with a lower tyre pressure, which greatly improves traction; lower rolling resistance compared with a tyre with an inner tube; a lower chance of getting a flat tyre. Maxxis TR tubeless ready tyres have the same advantages as UST tubeless tyres without being penalised by the extra weight. For the TR version, a standard casing is used and therefore requires the use of sealant for air retention. Maxxis TR tyres are the only tyres approved for use with sealant. Maxxis TR tubeless ready tyres can also be used on non-tubeless rims with an inner tube.
