attiva debris removal feature (ADR): a new unico dust cover design that sits firmly anchored in a recess in the pulley, so as to completely enclose the bearing. This is paired with a blade-grooved structure that surrounds the dust cover and, during pulley rotation, dynamically extracts debris from the pulley.
The ADR is paired with our new solid disc 14- and 20-tooth pulleys, simply called ALPHA.
The ALPHA disc features a two-piece structure. A separate narrow-wide tooth profile produced in a composite material that provides prolonged wear protection and noise reduction. In addition to a solid aluminum disc that eliminates the potential for external objects to remain stuck between the pulley spokes, while at the same time increasing the strength and stiffness of the pulley design.
