With our FURTHER DRIVE technology, consisting of two new technical features both aimed at ensuring the OSPW X increases the transmission group’s ability to operate efficiently over time.

Active Debris Removal (ADR) feature: a new unique dust cap design that is tightly anchored in a recess on the pulley, to completely enclose the bearing. This is paired with a scalloped-lam amp structure surrounding the dust cap and, during pulley rotation, dynamically removes debris from the pulley.

ADR is paired with our new 14- and 20-tooth solid-disc pulleys, simply called ALPHA.

The ALPHA disc features a two-piece structure. A tight/loose tooth profile separated and produced in a composite material that provides prolonged wear protection and noise reduction. In addition to a solid aluminum disc that eliminates the potential of foreign objects getting stuck between the pulley spokes, while increasing the strength and rigidity of the pulley design.

The FURTHER DRIVE technology is combined with a completely new cage structure that uses an augmented-material construction—without adding unnecessary volume—making it perfectly aligned with the ruggedness for which the Eagle transmission is renowned. But the true value lies in the FURTHER DRIVE technology’s ability to deliver peak performance in depth during races or the season when riders need it most.
