The SPECIALIZED ROVAL RAPIDE HANDLEBAR 31.8X420MM 135MM, light and aerodynamic, is perfect for reaching the finish line quickly. The handlebar was developed in collaboration with the best athletes of the Specialized team and with the Retül Fit team and is aerodynamic, light, and stiff: the perfect mix to grab victory.The absence of the connecting components between handlebar and stem allows the creation of an airfoil profile. A 4-watt improvement may seem small, but it results in an advantage of 32 cm in a final 250 m sprint. When races are won by throwing the bike, this is a winning difference.Without the connecting components between handlebar and stem, the Rapide Cockpit is 50 g lighter (100 mm x 420 mm) compared to the combination of Rapide handlebar with Tarmac stem. The handlebar is made from premium high modulus carbon fiber, which offers the ideal stiffness for the biggest and fastest sprinters of the World Tour and has a higher stiffness-to-weight ratio than any two-piece system ever made by Specialized. The 15 different combinations of stem and handlebar, all at -6 degrees, allow you to cover most racing positions. Maximum speed has always been the main goal in the design of the Demo. The frame design provides flexibility in wheel setup and allows the rider to mount a 29-inch front wheel and a 27.5 rear wheel. The frame is supplied with an Öhlins TTX 22 M coil shock.

The M5 alloy frame design provides for the installation of a 29-inch front wheel, perfect for traction, and a 27.5 rear wheel, which is more maneuverable. At the same time, it is also possible to opt for a 29er on the rear to accommodate different riding styles or types of course. SPEEDCORE
The most performing road tubeless-ready structure in the Pirelli gamma involves the use of a layer of compound mixed with aramid that coats the inner layer of the tire allowing its air retention. This new structure makes the tire more resistant, thanks to the presence of aramid, but at the same time less rigid and faster, due to the greater flexibility of the compound compared to a bead-to-bead fabric. The casing is then completed by a tela in Nylon in 120tpi and by an anti-puncture layer, also in aramid.
