This one-piece carbon fiber handlebar and stem combo is lighter than an Alpinist handlebar paired with an Alpinist stem, while offering greater torsional stiffness for safer handling and improved aerodynamics in the junction area between handlebar and stem.
The revised and optimized D-shaped top profile increases the support surface for the hands, reducing pressure and significantly improving vibration absorption. This results in less rider fatigue when riding on rough asphalt. The slight 4° flare in the drop area reduces forearm contact with the top of the handlebar when riding in the drops, while improving control and steering precision, especially at high speeds on descents.
