Casing with protection from bead to bead and a hard rubber insert positioned above the bead for reliability suitable for any aggressive riding style. The multiple reinforcements incorporated into the structure improve the overall strength of the casing and provide greater support when riding at low pressures: with a layer of nylon from bead to bead integrated into the casing plies and a thick hard rubber insert above the bead, the HardWALL easily handles high loads and prevents punctures. The many reinforcement technologies incorporated and combined with a 60 tpi nylon casing result in a solid tyre construction, all to the advantage of its reliability and ride quality, without compromising its weight.
